With 30-plus work years behind him, his journey has been nothing short of adventurous. From selling sim cards in the 90's to becoming National Head of Marketing for Radio One, India, he is the wild card that birthed Mainframe Networks.
He carries with him the finesse, talent and passion of a man who’s seen the world. His work has taken him across various industries and he truly embodies the term ‘versatile’. The ‘ideas’ guy, Neil is constantly in search of the next adventure for Mainframe.
He’s a dedicated father to 2 humans and 1 dog and has made ‘learning to be better everyday’ a mantra - a better friend, father, entrepreneur and leader.
When you mix a creative brain, a sharpshooter and a big heart, you have yourself an entrepreneur with a twist.
Sujan is a mastermind at creative & design outflow and works magic with words. He started as a copywriter in an experiential agency and evolved to learn to design and manage large-scale creative projects for renowned brands.
He sometimes doubles up as agony aunt (aka great listening skills) and doles out advice based on clear, well-thought-out logic. This clarity is seen in his work, which he does with so much passion that he often needs breaks just to get away from being ‘all-in’.
He balances passion for work with passion for life through music, meditation and service. With over 10 years in the field, he is well on his way to becoming what ‘great leaders’ are made of.
